Puning is one of the country’s densest garment districts. Thousands of knitting mills, dye houses, lace makers, elastic suppliers and packaging printers work within a short drive of each other, and the city’s wholesale underwear market draws importers from across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. A factory here can move from an approved lab dip to bulk fabric without waiting on a supplier three provinces away.

We started in 2008 as a small sewing workshop and grew by repeat orders rather than advertising. Most of the buyers we work with today came back for a second season, then a third, and now send their whole underwear programme to us.

Why we also make house dresses

Buyers who came to us for underwear kept asking for long house dresses in the same shipment. Rather than send them elsewhere, we learned the garment: the drape of the fabric, the width through the body, the sleeve and neckline shapes, and the embroidery and trim placements that customers in Iraq and the Gulf expect. Both ranges now run on the same floor, which means one supplier, one set of documents and one container.

We would rather make one buyer’s order properly than take three we cannot finish on time.

How we work

• We answer enquiries in Chinese or English, usually the same working day.
• We quote against a real specification — fabric weight, size chart, trims and packing — not a guess, so the price does not move later.
• We say no when a delivery date or a price is not realistic, and explain what would make it work.
• We keep your patterns, size charts and label artwork on file, so a repeat order does not start from zero.
