OEM — made to your spec
You supply the tech pack, patterns, size chart and materials list. We source, cut, sew and pack exactly to it, and flag anything in the specification that will not behave the way you expect in this fabric.

Bring a tech pack, or bring an idea
Some buyers arrive with full specifications and a size chart. Others arrive with a photo and a target price. We work both ways.
Service 02
ODM — developed with you
Start from a photo, a competitor sample or a rough sketch. We propose fabric, construction and trims, cost it, and develop the pattern until the fit is right for your market.
Service 03
Private label
Your brand on the woven label, hang tag, care label, polybag and carton. Nothing in the shipment carries our name unless you want it to.
Enquiry and specification
Send styles, quantities, fabric preference, size chart and target price. If anything is missing we will ask, because a vague brief produces a vague price.
Quotation
A written price per style, with the fabric, trims, packing and lead time it is based on. If you change the specification later, we requote rather than absorb it silently.
Sample and approval
We cut a counter sample and courier it to you. You approve fit, fabric hand, colour and trims in writing, or mark the corrections and we sample again.
Bulk fabric and trims
Fabric is knitted or bought and dyed to the approved lab dip. Elastics, lace, labels, tags and cartons are ordered against the approved artwork.
Cutting, sewing, in-line checks
The order runs on the line with pieces pulled for measurement and stitching checks as production progresses, so a problem is caught in the first hundred pieces rather than the last thousand.
Final inspection and shipping
Measurement, appearance, labelling and packing check on finished goods, then folding, packing and handover to your forwarder or ours. Third-party inspection is welcome — book it and we will host it.
- Fabric is checked on arrival for weight, width, shade and visible faults before cutting begins.
- Measurements are taken against the approved size chart, with tolerances agreed in advance.
- Stitching, elastic tension, seam strength and trim attachment are checked during sewing, not only at the end.
- Labels, care symbols, size stickers and barcodes are verified against your artwork before packing.
- Cartons are packed to your assortment plan and weighed and measured for your shipping documents.
- If a batch misses the standard, we tell you before it ships and propose a remedy — rework, replacement or a discount you agree to.
